Coastal Crew Holiday 2023 Return and Exchange Policy

Items purchased starting November 1, 2023 will be eligible for a return or exchange until January 31, 2024. Items must be in new, unworn, unwashed condition with original tags to qualify for a return or exchange. Keep those tags on! Returns and Exchanges are Free (your initial shipping charges are not refundable).

If your gift recipient needs an exchange we make it easy! They can contact us directly at orders@coastalcrew.com and we will send them the new size and arrange for the item they have to be sent back to us. All they need is your name or order #.
