Shipping Information

Shipping: Orders are picked, packed and shipped based on the level of Service you select at check out (Economy, Kinda Fast, Fast, Faster, Fastest). Orders with “Fastest” level of service are prioritized first and "Economy" prioritized last. Regardless, we are committed to ensuring we meet the delivery timeframe indicated when you order.

Need a Miracle? If your are selecting the "Fastest" shipping option (1-2 business days) and must get your order the very next business day please text us before 3PM CT the day of your order at 843-870-8543. 

Missing package? Often times USPS First Class Shipping Tracking (Economy) will state that an order has "delivered" when it hasn't yet. Good news is your order will likely arrive in the next day or two. If your order is more than 5 days late please email us at: orders@coastalcrew.com
