Shipping Information
Shipping: Orders are picked, packed and shipped based on the level of Service you select at check out. Priority service is prioritized and packed before Ground shipments.
Missing package? Often times USPS First Class Shipping Tracking (Economy) will state that an order has "delivered" when it hasn't yet. Good news is your order will likely arrive in the next day or two. If your order is more than 5 days late please email us at: orders@coastalcrew.com
Lost Package? If we have determined that your package has been lost we will file a claim with the carrier. You will need to validate the claim by filling out a brief form online. Once validated we will send you one replacement order. If you do not validate the claim we cannot replace your order.
