Vacation Sale FAQs
We are going on vacation and will not be shipping orders until we're back. All orders will ship on April 5th. If you’re ok with that you can enjoy big savings up to 50% on select items in our "Vacation Sale". Read FAQs below:
Vacation? Really??? Where are you going?
Yes, it's time to take a much needed break, have some drinks in the sun, and recharge. We are headed to Disney, Palm Beach and Hollywood Beach Fl.
How long will the sale run?
The sale will run Saturday (3.26) through midnight ET Saturday (4.1).
Any chance my order will ship prior to April 5th?
No. Unfortunately there will be nobody here to ship it.
What if I pay for expedited shipping like Next Day Air?
Next Day Air doesn't change the fact that nobody will be here to ship your order. In fact, we've temporarily removed expedited shipping options from our website. Sorry!
I didn't realize my order wasn't going to ship until April 4th. Can I cancel?
Yes of course. Just email us at: email@example.com (please allow 24-48 hours for a response).
What kind of deals will be part of the Sale?
Everything in our store will be on sale with discounts ranging from 10-50% off.
I have a discount code, can I use it during the sale?
Sorry, no deal stacking. Discount codes will not work during the sale.
What if I have a Return or Exchange?
Response times will be delayed while we are gone (allow up to 48 hours).
- Exchanges: Emails us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will process Exchanges but new sizes won't ship until...you guessed it...April 4th. We will ship your new size with a paid envelope so you can send us the items you have back.
- Returns: Emails us at email@example.com. We will be sending return labels while on vacation so you can start the return process. Refunds will likely not be processed until April 4th. If you've sent your items back and know they arrived and need your refund sooner just email us!
