I’ve purchased several items from Coastal Crew and have always been impressed with the quality and style. Recently, I had the opportunity to experience their customer service firsthand, and it was exceptional.
In September, I ordered an item for an upcoming cruise and had it shipped to a temporary address. Unbeknownst to me, the package was being handled by the United States Postal Service (USPS), and mail from the temporary address was being forwarded to my permanent residence. Unfortunately, the item never arrived at either location. After several frustrating attempts to resolve the issue with USPS, I reached out to Coastal Crew for assistance.
The customer service experience was one of the best I’ve ever had. The representative I spoke with, immediately offered to replace the item. Although my original choice was out of stock, they kindly provided an alternative. In today’s world, where customer service often feels lacking, it was so refreshing to be treated with such care and efficiency.
But it gets even better—when my replacement order arrived, there was an extra surprise in the package: a second item along with a note that read, "Enjoy your cruise!" It was such a thoughtful gesture.
