      Refund policy

       

      Free Exchanges and Returns

      Note: For an item to be eligible for a Return or Exchange it must be in new, unworn and unwashed condition with original tags.

      FREE (and easy) Exchanges: If you would like to Exchange an item for a different size, color or style we will ship you a new size Free! We will also include a paid return envelop for the item you are returning inside the new shipment. 

      Returns: If you are  unhappy with your purchase for any reason send the item back within 30 days of the purchase date and you will receive a refund and free return shipping. Refunds are issued when the item arrives back at Coastal Crew. Your initial shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund. 

      To initiate a Return or Exchange: Email us at orders@coastalcrew.com. We typically respond within an hour or two 9am-8pm EST Monday-Saturday. For the most efficient return process please include your order number (CCXXXXX) and reason for returning (fit, damage, didn't like) in your email. 

      Not Getting a Reply to your email? If you do not receive a response within 24 hours your email may have gone into our SPAM. Please text us at 843-870-8543 and we'll respond right away. We are unable to accept phone calls at this number. 

      Honoring Sales Prices

      If you purchased an item at full price and that item went on sale we will gladly refund you the difference up to 30 days after your purchase. If you used a discount code on your original order we will refund the net amount paid after the discount minus the sale price. Sorry, we are not able to refund the difference for Clearance Sales, Flash Sales, Warehouse Sales, Black Friday/Cyber Monday Sales or Remnant Sale Items.
